Agreement

This website is operated by Dance Formations, LLC, doing business as Academy of Dance, 1336 Carley Road, Suite 9, Springdale, AR 72762. By using this site or submitting a form you agree to these terms.

Free trial class

New students may try one class free. The free class is subject to space in the class and to the age and level of the dancer. No payment or card is required to book it. We will confirm the day and time with you before your visit.

Enrolment and tuition

Tuition, session dates and studio policies are provided when you enrol and are part of your enrolment agreement. Our season runs through the year and new students may join any time there is a spot. Class times and instructors may change when needed.

Safety and conduct

Dance involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Parents and guardians are responsible for telling us about any medical condition that affects participation. Students and families are expected to treat teachers, staff and other dancers with respect. We may ask anyone who does not to leave the studio.

SMS text messaging

Program name: Academy of Dance updates. If you opt in on one of our forms, Dance Formations LLC dba Academy of Dance will send you text messages with replies to your class inquiries, trial class scheduling, class reminders and enrollment updates.
