Aerial hoop
Lyra
Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, is a suspended metal hoop students perform in and around.
No obligation, no card. Come dance with us first.
What to expect
Class focuses on technique, building endurance and creating beautiful sequences in the air.
- Dancers build the strength and endurance the hoop asks for, step by step.
- Teachers stay close through every new sequence.
- We are a non competitive studio. Every student gets an equal chance to grow and shine in a modest environment built on technique, self expression and confidence.
- Your first class is free for new students. No obligation and no card.
